PLEASE NOTE: Voucher holders must provide their current voucher prior to getting a scheduled viewing.
If you are a no show, we do not make a second appointment.
Communication Policy:
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response; we would want to make sure we check our inventory or the property that you are referring to thoroughly.
Transportation Policy:
We are not responsible to, nor do we, drive clients to scheduled appointments.
Standard Operating Procedure:
For our buyers we are not asking for proof of funds or identification to take you to a property but you must have a preapproval to enter any home and you must have proof of funds and current preapproval in order to make an offer valid. If you currently have a program it is your responsibility to keep in touch with your case manager. The security deposit will give us 30 days to get your application and inspection processed. The broker fee is due upon inspection passing unless your program is paying for it in full.
An apartment has to be vacant and ready to pass inspection for any applicant that holds a voucher; The property also has to be free of liens and violations.
We do not charge an application fee. However, if a landlord asks for a background check/credit we will send you the link and it is your responsibility to pay the $20 for that.
